Because we use a computerized die cutting system instead of the traditional punch/pressure die cutting that needs a physical wood, metal and rubber die to be made.

For only an additional $40.00 fee, we will design, set up and die cut a completely new cigar band shape for you. If we had to produce a physical die, it could cost up to $500.00. That upfront cost is why our competition just can't do what we can. Since we have computerized our short run die cutting process, our cost is much much less, and we pass on this savings to you.

Our personalized cigar bands are known to be the finest in the industry. And our personalized shaped cigar bands (like our standard shape) are die cut to digital standards. You can expect a die cut that is at least as good if not better than the punch/pressure technology.
